Refund policy

At Mommy’s Essentials, we want you to love your purchase—because you deserve comfort, confidence, and convenience. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy to make things right.

📦 How Returns Work

You have 45 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition (tags attached, original packaging intact).
  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at support@themommyessentials.com.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.

🚨 Damages or Issues?

We take great care in packing your order, but if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, let us know immediately at support@themommyessentials.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible!

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate apparel that has been removed from its original packaging (e.g., bras without tags)
  • Sale items or gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different size or color? The fastest way is to:

  1. Return your original item (following the steps above).
  2. Place a new order for the item you’d like once your return is approved.

🌍 EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The same conditions apply: items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
